PREPAID CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

On the main section of this page you will find the Terms and Conditions, which shall apply, to your use of Premium content Services.

By using the Service You agree to be bound by the Conditions, which shall form a legal agreement between us. You also agree to be bound by the general website terms and conditions and privacy statement to be found on www.gulfautomart.com. If You do not agree to be bound by the Conditions, You may not register to and/or use the Service References to "we" or "us" in these Conditions shall be read as references to Gulhmes LTD.

You must be aged to register to the Premium areas. We reserve the right to seek confirmation of age as necessary. Where these Conditions are inconsistent with the Website Terms and Conditions these Conditions shall prevail.

1. Definitions

"Service" means Gulfautomart.com content services, which provides, news, reviews and entertainment video clips on your PC. It includes the other services, which are highlighted in the pre view section

"Registered Premium content" means the sections of the Service, which can only be accessed after purchase of a pre paid card or during the trial period.

"Website Terms and Conditions" means the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Website at www.gulfautomart.com

"You/Your" means you, the User of the Service.

"User" means a visitor to www.gulfauotmart.com or partnering services (the portal pages to be found at www.gulfautomart.com), a registered user to the Service (where you have registered your personal details with us and have access to the Registration Areas.

2. Use of the Service

2.1

You shall be responsible for installing the necessary software to view the video content. We provide the correct player to down load. We recommend that you install Windows Media Player software also. We shall have no responsibility for the operation of any such software.

2.2

You are not permitted to send any content from the Service to other people. Your rights shall be limited to the viewing of files for non-commercial purposes.

2.3

Your access to the Registration Areas is by username and password. Your password is secret and personal to You and must not be disclosed to any third party in any circumstances. You are responsible for keeping Your password secure and confidential. You must take all precautions to prevent it being used by anyone else.

2.4

If You do disclose or share Your username or password with another person or allow another person to access the Registration or Subscription Areas on Your behalf, You agree to indemnify us for any losses or damages incurred by us as a result of Your actions. If we reasonably believe that a username and password are being used in any way which is not permitted by us we reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and to block access to all users accessing through that username and password

2.5

You may change Your password at any time via the My Profile section of the Service. Should You become aware that another person knows Your password You should immediately change it. You must not store Your password on your PC.

2.6

When accessing and using the Subscription Areas You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the country from which You access the Registration and Subscription Areas.

3. Purchase of Pre Paid card

3.1

The Pre paid card Fee payable by You is as set out on the Offer Pages as at the date You pay for the total face value of the card. We will process the relevant fee(s) against Your MasterCard or Visa credit card number provided to us in your application.

3.2

We may increase our content prices at any time by giving you notice of at least one calendar month Any increases in the price of Your service will be notified to You by e-mail and this will also be reflected on the Pre Paid preview page.

3.3

We are presently using a third party payment gate way called Space Coin, who are responsible for all transactions payments for Gulfautomart.com.

4. The Service

4.1

We reserve the right to alter without notice the content, presentation and/or facilities of the Service.

4.2

We will offer you additional services as part of our services. If the addition of these services involves an increase in website fees you will be notified in accordance with clauses 3.2.

5. Our Liability

5.1

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained by You from the Service is done at Your own risk and on the basis that You will be solely responsible for any damage to Your computer system or loss of data that results from any such activity.

5.2

We will endeavor to provide the Service using all reasonable care. Except as required by law, we will not be responsible or liable for the fitness for a particular purpose of the Service or for any other loss or damage that You or any third party may suffer as a result of using or in connection with Your use of, or inability to use, the Service. We do not promise that the Service will operate without interruption or delay or will be error free, free of viruses or bugs or compatible with any other software or material.

6. Copyright and Trademark

6.1

All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Service shall remain at all times vested in us or, where applicable, our content partners. You are permitted to use this material or content only as expressly authorized in writing by us. You will not assist or facilitate any third party to, copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, frame, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material or content or in any way infringe intellectual property or other rights pertaining to such material or content

7. Termination

7.1

You can terminate Your registration at any time by giving us notice by e-mail to support@gulfautomart.com.

7.2

Any un-used pre paid credit in your account will not be refunded if you terminate your account.

7.3

We shall be entitled to suspend or terminate Your access to any part of the Service at any time should You breach these Conditions, in the general Website Terms and Conditions and privacy statement to be found on www.gulfautomart.com, or the terms and conditions of any offer you may have selected

7.5

We may, at our own discretion, terminate Your Pre paid account upon giving You one month's notice by e-mail.

8. Privacy

9.1

Where You are asked to input certain personal information about Yourself in order for Us to provide the Registration to You, You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of such information and You warrant and undertake to us that all such information is true and correct. We will not use the information You provide to Us for any purpose, other than as stated on pre paid console section.

9.2

We reserve the right to request supporting documentation to verify personal information in our absolute discretion.

9.3

You must notify us immediately by e-mail to support@gulfautomart.com of any change in Your personal details or if You wish to withdraw Your consent to Our using Your User Information for the stated purposes.

10. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

10.1

We may change these Terms and Conditions on one month's notice. You will be notified of any changes by e-mail and via the terms and conditions page on the Service. Your continued use of the Service will constitute acceptance of such changes.
